It's just another miles...20 pounds is not my goal. It's just another milestone. My goal is about 175-177. It depends on when my love handles disappear and when I hit my healthy body fat percentage. I anticipate both will happen around 175. <BR/><BR/>Once I hit 175, I go on a maintenance program, which is basically just a few more points a day.
