Does the post office even allow you to send fecal matter in the mail? You can't send body parts, but excrement is ok?

I see you're reading In Cold Blood...I read that for the first time when I was in 5th grade, wouldn't recommend for a child that age, but when the hubby read it he never wanted to ride a motocycle again.
