This isn't the house near Billy O's. This one is down by TGIF's off Flamingo & Spencer. They're asking $440,000, but we bid less than that (and therefore probably won't get it). It's 4 bdrm, 3 baths, 2800 sq. ft. on a quarter acre lot.
It's a 2-story - not sure why it looks like a one-story from the outside. The bedrroms and 2 baths are upstairs. It has a built-in wall toaster in the kitchen and a wet bar under the stairs. It's crazy.
We offered $420. They just counter-offered for $425. We are totally stressing out. Stupid bastard-heads.
They rejected the last offer for $409 and that person was submitting another offer, so we were trying to beat them to it. We accepted the $425k counteroffer, so, if all the inspections and everything go well, we should have a house in 15 days.
That house was just renovated last year and was on the market for a...lot...more...then I thought you were willing to pay.

I may have a suggestion on an inspector. He's a plaintiff's witness for construction defect/mold/the whole nine yards, as well as an inspector.
