I worked out THREE times this week, for an hour and a half each time, PLUS, I did that crazy uphill bike ride last Friday, and what do I have to show for all of it? A .2 POUND INCREASE.
Rather than how much weight you've lost or gained, you should measure whether your body fat is going up or down. And a 0.2 lb increase? Water retention, among other things, can add to that so I don't know that it's something to get too bothered by.
That happens when you haven't worked out in ahwile.
