Congratulations! It's a beautiful house.

Thanks guys. We'll be moving gradually for the next several weeks. We're not exactly the most prepared new homeowners. We're actually going to the lake Saturday instead of moving in.

I'm buying you a Black Sabbath CD as a housewarming gift so you can fit in with the neighborhood.

Just kidding!

CONGRATULATIONS!! Let's go shopping at West Elm!!!

YEAH! congrats. Was the loan everything they had promised it would be in the beginning?

Cladeedah said...

Yup - 6% fixed. 3% down. No lender fees.

Our loan officer at the credit union was a total f*cktard though.

Where is it at??

It's close to Rancho and Charleston (near UMC). It's called McNeil estates. It's just west of the Scotch 80's.

Yay on the house! Now all you need are the pitter patter of baby feet and I have the uterus for that!! (hint hint, pick me!)

Ok, info on my camera (which is the BEST camera ever! Easy to use, excellent pictures, I recommend it to anyone!): Nikon D40. Here's the exact one we have on ebay:

You can go from automatic to manual. I prefer the manual settings myself, but the automatic is great. It's so easy to use, I am not even kidding. I am like, the biggest dork when it comes to technology and I can use it. Switching the lens' is a bit hard, but after two or three times I got it. I couldn't be happier! If you go to Best Buy you can test it out and see what you think.
