Wow! Seriously? I JUST gave up caffeine on Monday. Monday and yesterday really sucked, but I'm starting to feel a lot better today. And I slept better last night than I have in a long, long time. I don't know when you usually drink your caffeine, but for me the hardest has been not having that cup of coffee in the morning. These last two days I've replaced it with a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, and that's really helped. Good luck! (Oh, and one piece of information about caffeine headaches... you get them because caffeine constricts the blood vessels in your brain, so when it wears off, blood starts to flow through your brain again. Which is a good thing! But that's what causes the headache.)
Wow, you gave up caffeine for lent too?? That's awesome! I always knew the Jewish thing was just a phase.
