I can't believe it. We got the house. I'm going to throw up. This is so exciting.
In other crazy news, I checked with my boss and he confirmed that I got a raise for my two-year anniversary. Surprise surprise!

Actually, scratch that, I wasn't paying attention. You're paying $150 sq ft, and I paid $120 sq ft.
But your house is still way nicer. Does it have a garage? Does it have an alarm? Are you in an HOA? Don't forget to get pest control.

Rebecca: It has a 2-car garage & a workroom. It does not have an alarm, but we are most likely getting one installed. It's in an old neighborhood, so there's no HOA.
